The Company announces that a total of 540,663 new ordinary 2.5p shares have been issued and allotted pursuant to the Company’s option scheme.
An optionholder of the Company exercised these options on 22 July 2005 at 25p per ordinary share.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence shortly, bringing the issued share capital of the Company to 152,204,602.
