Exercise of Options
The Company announces that a total of 226,469 new ordinary 2.5p shares have been issued and allotted pursuant to the Company’s option scheme.
An optionholder exercised these options on 2 August 2005 at 2.5p per share.
Application has been made for the new ordinary 2.5p shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence shortly, bringing the issued share capital of the Company to 152,732,677.
