Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG”) was notified on 28 September 2005 that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have an interest of 8,289,055 ordinary shares in HCEG, being approximately 5.3% of the issued share capital of the HCEG of 157,178,309 ordinary shares.
