The Company announces Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited has today exercised its warrant over 1,200,000 new ordinary 2.5p shares at 25p per share and the Company has allotted 1,200,000 new ordinary shares to Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited.

 

Application has been made for the new ordinary 2.5p shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence shortly, bring the issued share capital of the Company to 158,644,975.
