Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG”) was notified on 18 November 2005 that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have an interest of 13,517,043 ordinary shares in HCEG, being approximately 8.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 158,995,877 ordinary shares.
