Healthcare Enterprise Group (AIM:HCEG, "the Company") announces that pursuant to the conversion by warrantholders of warrants a total of 19,216 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each have been issued and allotted (on 31st July 2006, at 37.5p per share) in the Company.

 

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 9th August 2006, bringing the total issued share capital of the Company to 187,693,567 ordinary shares.
