On 26th July 2006 the Company entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement between Ngamdee Cotton Company Limited, Healthcare Sales & Service Limited and Sunmead USA (“the Agreement”). The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, a total of 1,370,426 new ordinary shares of 2.5p have been issued and allotted (on 10 August 2006, at 7.294p per share) in the Company. In accordance with the Agreement, the price per share was calculated as the mid-market closing price on the five business days immediately preceding the date of the Agreement. These new shares are allotted to Goosec Limited.

 

Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 23rd August 2006. Following this additional listing, the issued share capital of the Company will be 189,063,993 ordinary shares of 2.5p each.
