Further to the Announcement made on 8 September 2006, Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG”) was notified on 11 September 2006 that as a result of the allotment of shares to the vendors of CICS (Holdings) Limited, Mr Bruce Steer now (directly and indirectly) has a notifiable interest in 6,991,226 ordinary shares in HCEG, being approximately 3.554% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 196,707,260 ordinary shares.
