Further to the announcement made on the 5 September 2006, Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (AIM: HCEG, or “the Company”) has allotted 3,007,518 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company under the Headstart Facility, at a price of 3.325 pence per share.

 

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The shares are expected to start trading on 29 September 2006, bringing the issued share capital of the Company to 201,190,725.
