Further to the announcements of 2 November 2006 and 8 November 2006, the Company announces that 16,666,665 warrants over ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, have been issued and are expected to be admitted to trading on 28 November 2006. As previously announced, these warrants are issued on a one for four basis in respect of the 60,000,000 conditional placing shares and 6,666,660 firm placing shares in respect of the £2.0 million cash placing.
