In consideration for arranging the recent Placing, Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") was entitled to a commission of 4 per cent. of the value of those Ordinary Shares placed by Numis on behalf of the Company (excluding the Ordinary Shares subscribed for by the Directors), amounting to GBP76,000 which has been applied in subscribing for Ordinary Shares at the placing price of 3p per share (“Placing Price”). In line with all shareholders in the Placing, each subscription for 4 Placing Shares includes the issue of 1 warrant. Consequently, Numis has been awarded 633,333 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price of 3p per share. Application has been made for the warrants to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 7 December 2006. Following this additional listing, the total number of warrants over the Company’s ordinary shares will be 28,386,865.
