Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG” or “the Company”) was notified yesterday that Aviva plc, and its subsidiaries, have an indirect interest in 26,858,279 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, being approximately 9.77% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 275,016,720 ordinary shares. This disclosure is made as a result of Aviva restating their historic interest in the Company in compliance with the FSA’s new Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
