In compliance with the FSA’s new Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG” or “the Company”) was today notified that, as at 7 February 2007, Smith & Williamson Holdings Limited indirectly, through a nominee account, have voting rights over 14,201,476 shares in the company amounting to approximately 5.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
