Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG” or “the Company”) was notified yesterday that Fidelity International Limited, and its subsidiaries, have an indirect voting right interests in 1,669,857 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, being approximately 0.55% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 302,216,720 ordinary shares.

 

The Company was also notified yesterday that FMR Corp and its subsidiaries, have an indirect voting right interests in 23,947,186 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, being approximately 7.92% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 302,216,720 ordinary shares.

 

This disclosure is made as a result of Fidelity restating their historic interest in the Company so that they no longer aggregate the interests in shares of FMR Corp and Fidelity International Limited, in compliance with the FSA’s new Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
