In compliance with the FSA’s new Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG” or “the Company”) was yesterday notified that Smith & Williamson Holdings Limited indirectly, through a nominee account, have voting rights over 14,963,951 shares in the company amounting to approximately 4.95% of the issued share capital of 302,216,720 shares of the Company.
