Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC (“HCEG” or “the Company”) was notified yesterday that following recent purchases Mr. JH and Mrs. RS Gunn have a beneficial interest in 9,150,080 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 3.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG of 304,028,656 ordinary shares.
