Healthcare Enterprise Group plc (AIM: HCEG, “the Company” or “HCEG”), today announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders regarding the Directors’ proposed strategy, the proposed merger of Crest Medical Group with First Aid Warehouse Group and the proposed capital reorganisation and shareholder matters.
The circular contains a notice convening a General Meeting of shareholders at the offices of Norton Rose LLP at 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ at 10.30am on Friday, 29 February 2008 at which approval for the proposed authorities will be sought.
The circular will shortly be available to view on the Company’s website www.hcegroup.com In addition, copies of the circular and other relevant documentation will be available from Numis Securities Limited, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturday, Sundays and public holidays excepted) until the date of the General Meeting.
